In Idaho Judge Bevin makes mask mandates and suspends jury trials in violation of enumerated rights and health freedom.
In Ada County Judge Hipler makes mask orders and prohibits publishing records of public court hearings.
Judge Steckel (Sticky) has been punishing me for choosing to decline the mandated health treatments that the Judges proscribed without a medical license on all people in violation of the Idaho Health Freedom Act and Idaho Constitution Article 1 Section 18: courts of justice shall be open to every person…right and justice shall be administered without sale, denial, delay, or prejudice.
The mask is obviously not about health or safety. It is perhaps a symbol of tyranny or an attempt to segregate and demonize people who believe in freedom.
I have been obstructed by officers from entering the courthouse and assaulted by them and falsely imprisoned and charged with obstruction and battery and Failure to Appear. I have spent over 3 weeks in jail in isolation and confinement because of my repeated defiance of court mask mandates in Idaho. Canyon and Lewis counties never troubled me about a mask, properly ignoring Bevin’s orders.
