Bonner County Jail Sgt Moe

Sgt Moe says I don't have the right to not answer their booking questions. She laughs when my friends ask if I have food or water.
I was punished for not answering questions by being left in the holding cell till the middle of the night before getting a pad to lay on with one thin blanket and no socks in a cold cell.
