The video begins with a deputy dropping masks on the floor then placing them in a stack that will be handed to people entering the courthouse.
There are 3 examples of people being arrested for not wearing a mask under charges of "Failure to Appear", "Trespass", "Assault", or "Resisting or Obstructing". In each case, there was found a government worker not wearing a mask in the same space, but no one seemed to care when it was them. "Justice shall be administered without...prejudice." -ID Constitution Article 1 Section 18
Also, Judge Kira Dale and her assistant were in the courtroom not wearing masks and forbidding Casey Baker to come in without a mask.
"Courts of Justice shall be open to every person" (also ID Con. A1 S18)
"In all criminal prosecutions the accused shall have the right to appear and defend in person" ID Con. A1 S13
