Jot Dean ice cave revisited - Medicine Lake Highlands Volcanic Area - Scenic Mt Shasta

Return to Jot Dean ice cave in Medicine Lake Highlands Volcanic Area, east of Mt Shasta, California. Although not more than a rather shallow depression on the lava flow landscape this cave is considerably colder than the outside area such that ice formations which form during the winter persist through the summer. Compared to my previous video I go now a little deeper in the cave, onto the ice layer.
