Omaha City Council reaffirms support for climate plan; resolution asks for action by end of year

The Omaha city council voted 4-3 to reaffirm its support for a city climate action plan, and requested funding and a consultant by the end of the year. But a consultant won't be hired until early 2023, the mayor's office says.
