Expanded pokemon sets is a set review series meant to cover pokemon sets that are only part of the expanded format. Since I wasn't making pokemon tcg videos during the time when they were new I'll be looking at them as part of the expanded format today but I'll also talk about thier significance in the meta during the time they were fresh.

Despite bringing 2 overpowered and meta defining item cards emerging powers as a whole is a pretty forgettable set. I wish there was more I could say but gothitelle and perhaps another pokemon here and there are all its good cards. The artwork doesn't impress me either but even so this was the second set in the black and white series and we're covering it like the rest.
