Casey Baker Felony Battery on an Officer

Deputy Jacob Mulkey complains that Casey Baker grabbed his arm twice and pulled on it, so he got charged with 2 counts of felony battery on officers and resisting or obstructing officers. Someone get ahold of Mulkey to see if he has recovered from this double battery attack. Maybe he needs help with PTSD from the suffering he endured from Casey Baker.
