Arraignment delayed for man accused of killing Las Vegas reporter

The man accused of killing Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German never made it past the courtroom doors for his scheduled arraignment Tuesday morning. The entire proceeding lasted less than a minute. Alyssa Bethencourt reports.
