Goat Yogurt Fruity Granola Crunch – Probiotic Snack
Rich with Antioxidants and immune boosting properties

INGREDIENTS

2 – 3 cups of Granola Mix Cereal
2 -3 cups of Goat Yogurt
4 table spoons of Cherry Filling
1 table spoon Condense Milk
½ cup crushed Walnuts
Hand full of blue berries

INSTRUCTIONS

Goat yogurt comes in plain flavour, so the cherry filling made in the video title “Making Cherry Pie filling with Xylitol” was added to the yogurt. To reduce the sourness two table spoons of condense milk was also added.

750 grams of plain goat yogurt, with 2 cups of cherry filling and 2 table spoons of condense milk are mixed.

In a bowl, pour 2-3 cups of your favourite granola mix, added ½ cup of crushed walnuts, a handful of blue berries and 2-3 cups of yogurt. Mix the yogurt and granola, then snack away.
