Susan Lang Sentencing Statement
August 17th 2022 Susan Lang was sentenced after a conviction of Disturbing the Peace for banging a bucket and sounding a horn on a sidewalk to protest tyrannical health orders being voted on by Central District Health board which included gathering limitations, mask mandates, youth sports cancellations, half capacity for restaurants and gyms, requirement for all business to hire mask and distancing police, etc. for Ada, Elmore, Valley, and Boise counties in Idaho. The judge denied a motion to stay execution while appealing and had her immediately sent to the Ada County Jail for 5 days. She was also sentenced to hundreds of dollars for a fine and court costs.
