While a lady is pulled over for "unnecessary use of the horn" while baby Cyrus Anderson was being transferred from St. Luke's to the wherever the Department of Health and Welfare was taking him, after Judge Lori Fortier ruled to keep Cyrus in state custody instead of returning him to his nursing mother, another lady tells her "Go home Karen". When asked if she doesn't care about babies being kidnapped, she says "I really don't.".
