I challenge you to do this 10 minute confidence boosting full body stretch routine with me every day for 7 days and see how your self-esteem will level up! This 10 minute stretch is easy to follow-along, and great for beginners. We are doing each stretch for 30 seconds, with a short 5 second break in between. Follow the stretches I am doing, and repeat the affirmations after me to yourself in your mind, or out loud.
