U.S., Russia call to end new Armenia-Azeri conflict

Border clashes between Armenia and Azerbaijan have killed at least 49 Armenian troops and raised fears of a another fully-fledged war in the former Soviet Union. Russia, the U.S., and France have all called for restraint. Julian Satterthwaite reports.
