5 Yass Method Principles To Get Strong- See if you have even heard of one of these.
The Yass Method is designed to diagnose and treat pain and other symptoms. The Method has shown over almost 3 decades that in more than 98% of cases the cause of pain is muscular in nature. With this understanding the ability to isolate muscles and get them stronger is the foundation of treatment in the Method.
A level of understanding about strengthening has been developed not from reading fitness magazines or listening to people in gyms, but through an analysis of strength training as it relates to the laws of physics. Understanding about how muscles contract, how to get the most from a muscle to get it stronger the fastest, how to precisely perform each exercise, understanding the value of rest between sets and its impact on lactic acid development, understanding the aspects of stability to maximize force output of muscle in performing the exercise, understanding the idea that resistance is the only element that causes muscle to grow, understanding how healing plays a role in growing muscle optimally; these are all aspects that can be found in the Yass Method principles of strength training.
The Yass Method has treated people from 5 to 102, from the most sedentary person to the highest level athlete, from minor injury to severe disease. The core principles of strength training have been used with all of these people in all of these cases.
Here are 5 principles that relate to strengthening of any muscle. Without integrating these principles there is a possibility of injury as well as limiting the chance of achieving strength gains. These are over riding principles that should be followed by anybody who is trying to get strong and do it in the shortest and safest manner.
