Info from Licensor: "This video features a weather-related phenomenon known as a gustnado, where a storm downdraft creates a significant wind event that has not started rotation or connection to the storm cloud. The video was recorded on freeway I-94 east bound, near New Haven and Richmond Michigan. The creator was driving was attempting to out pace the event at a high rate of speed."
