How to make kefir

In this "How to" video, Kristina Morros explains how to make kefir and add it to your daily health regimen. During the fermenting process, kefir should sit out at room temperature not exposed to light. Always store finished kefir in the refrigerator after the fermenting process is completed and you have made your drinkable kefir.
