Fotios "Freddy" Geas, Paul J. DeCologero, and Sean McKinnon each face charges of conspiracy to commit first degree murder in connection with his death, NPR reported.
Bulger ran the Irish mob in Boston for most of the 70s and 80s but also acted as an FBI informant, feeding them information on his rivals. He was murdered in 2018 at USP Hazelton, where he was serving a life sentence.
