Border Patrol Saves Five Migrants From Drowning

A group of five migrants was trying to cross the fast-moving Rio Grande when Border Patrol agents in Del Rio Sector came to their assistance. An agent jumped into the water to rescue a woman who was having trouble staying afloat.
