This level is "DiB M23" from Chris Balch's WAD, Eternal Slumber Party 3. I had to modify the end of this map because all it is is you hit a switch and you get crushed. In my version, I added the Icon of Sin in the barrels so that it dies so that the player can exit the map. Also, this map is human waste. Do not waste your time on it.
