Court documents obtained Sunday show the nurse facing murder charges for intentionally causing six deaths was actually driving 130mph - 40mph faster than previously thought - and had floored the gas moments before impact.

Nicole Linton's defense had tried to argue she'd briefly lost consciousness during the August incident, but surveillance footage and data from her Mercedes showed she had full control to drive directly into an intersection at "NASCAR-worthy performance.”

Linton faces six charges of murder and five of vehicular manslaughter - including a pregnant mother, her 11-month-old son and her partner.
