These Brisket Smash Burgers were out of this world. Double ground some brisket flat that I seasoned with my Chipotle Garlic. Cooked some bacon and caramelized onions for toppings, then cooked up the burgers for the win. Topped with the bacon, lettuce, pickles, double smash patties, cheese and mayo. Try this at home! Cheers
