Welcome to the world of power animals. I started this website so everyone can know their power animal. The idea of spirit animals has the potential to create a higher vision for better world. Animals know how to live in the moment and how to harmonize with their environment. Today we’ll look at the wildebeest.

There are black and blue wildebeests, also called gnus for the sounds they make. They are large herbivores in their ecosystems in eastern and central Africa. Wildebeests have huge heads , strong curved horns, high shoulders sloping to their backs, short necks, thin legs, and long tails. With their blunt muzzle of wide incisor teeth, wildebeests can feed efficiently on short grasses. They’re very focused and communicate well through body language, smell, and very loud vocalizations.

Wildebeests participate and cooperate in the largest annual mass migration of any mammal. They’re usually accompanied by zebras as well as their predators. They live in large groups as a form of protection even though when faced with an enemy, they prefer running away. Wildebeests can run and swim long distances so they can handle their journeys well when it’s time to move forward or to retreat. Even their calves adapt quickly to the migration as they accompany their mothers as soon as they can stand. Wildebeests are especially good at identifying their surroundings and exploring new places. They represent travel, adventure, and endurance. When you’re faced with a challenge, call on their spirit, because they never complain. Visit our website to find your power animal and those of your friends.
