1. Russian troops fired from "Uragan" (Ураган) three districts of Kharkov.

On the afternoon of September 12, the troops of the Russian Federation fired at three districts of Kharkov: there are dead and wounded, an enterprise, an office building and cars are damaged.

The press service of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office announced this on Telegram.

As reported, at about 1 pm on September 12, Russian troops massively fired on the Kyiv and Osnovyansky districts of Kharkov, as a result of which a person died, six were injured (four of them were in a state of moderate severity in hospitals, two received help on the spot).

According to Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov, the Russian army attacked critical infrastructure facilities, as a result of which the city lost electricity, and as a result, there is no water supply. Public electric transport stopped, metro employees led people through tunnels to the nearest stations.
