It's not just about living longer, which that would be awesome, but it's like, who wants to live to a hundred? If you have to feel like you're a hundred right now.
Hey, I'm Josh Dream Body clinic and I'm here with mark. Mark is coming back to us here a couple of weeks ago, doing treatment. And you came all the way from, well, Netherlands originally, and he said he went to Indonesia and then you made your way here. That's pretty awesome. And we're both been, I guess, in kind of the crypto community, you know, you're a big fan of some of the different cryptocurrencies.
Have a lot of success there. So I just love to hear your take on just kind of like crypto health, like where you're at with things. Wow. I think it's, um, at this moment for me, it's, it's basically the best way to spend my gains in crypto is basically for my own health. I'm in a specific cryptocurrency called hack.
Which means you stake your points in staking for the next 15 years being 57. That means I have to live at least till 72 to enjoy my, uh, my, my crypto. So, uh, yeah, we have to extend life. That's the, and we were just talking about that. It's not just about living longer, which that would be awesome, but it's like, who wants to live to a hundred?
If you have to look good, feel like you're an undergrad. You want to have that quality of life is really the goal. And that's a big part of what we're doing right now. You just finished an idea of a hundred million. We're now doing the vitamin pack, which is just like to think of the stem cells. Like the manager in the construction sector, tell everything where to go, going after inflammation, you're healing and caused that inflammation and what we got to make sure the workers, they got enough bricks to build the house.
So we do the vitamin cocktail here to keep you feeling. So that's what we're doing right now. There's a lot of different research and such into the age benefits and just longevity of using stem cells, the ID like these, actually what they'll do the stem cells in your body. They're going to do. What's like a triage of the cells are like, Hey, you're going to die no matter what, leave them alone.
You're okay, good. You're a little weak. If we just had a little more juice, we could get you going and they have these nanotubes. And they can donate their mitochondria, which is like the battery pack of the cells. So a lot of cells that might be a bit weaker and such are going to get rejuvenated that way.
We've also found that the telomere length, which is think of it, like the tail of the cell, every time it replicates that cell, you lose a rung to the ladder. Right. And it's called the Hayflick limit where there's only so many rungs before that cell just can't replicate more. That's called centers. So the stem cells help, they found that there's at least six different types of cells where it helps extend that tuner life, which means that those cells can have longer be healthier, which again, should contribute to you just feeling better and being more active.
So that's the goal. Feel good, look good. And be able to make it to 72 so you can spend all that, all that
it's really good. I mean, there's a lot of great cryptos out there. We've been taking them for many years. I, I think, you know, if you are the, in the crypto mindset, you basically, you live with a plan and you have to have a plan for your own life as well.
