Justin Fields had a big 2nd half in the Bears comeback win over the 49ers in NFL Week 1. Fields completed 5-of-8 passes after halftime for 102 yards and 2 touchdowns. He tossed TDs to Dante Pettis and Equanimeous St. Brown and stayed poised during a torrential downpour at Soldier Field. Bears Week 1 winners & losers are mostly positives. Eddie Jackson had his first interception since 2019 by jumping a slant thrown by 49ers QB Trey Lance. Bears rookies Jaquan Brisker, Kyler Gordon, Braxton Jones and Dominique Robinson all held their own and even shined at times. Harrison is very impressed with Matt Eberflus and the rest of the Bears coaching staff as they were able to make halftime adjustments which led to a 19-3 2nd half.
