And the Departments that did more sufficiently plan and spent 3X the cost for a high-level Polyethelene Level III Rifle Rated Shield are still missing protection from common street threats like that of 5.56 and 7.62X39 which are proven penetrators of Polythene Level III.

Unlike Polyethene which struggles to stop 5.56 mm and mild core AK rounds, this steel easily stops an onslaught of Special Threat rated fast rounds.

The thickness of the shield is sub 0.25" and is encapsulated in Polyurea coating for long-term durable use.

The RTS Tactical Mini Shield will not crack when dropped or deform over time from long heat exposure.

The RTS "Mini Shield" is equipment with a Heavy Duty handle and quick Release Strapping System for added efficiency of mobility while engaged with the Mini Shield.
