We Have To Valorize Parenthood - Lila Rose

It’s said that the hand that rocks the cradle, rules the world. Too often in our culture, children are seen as burdens, and the intense work and love to care for them as undesirable and an inconvenience. Many men and women today are rejecting motherhood or fatherhood because of their own pursuits, ambitions or fears. Yet marriage and parenthood are keys to not only our nation’s future, but for most of us, our own maturation to become men and women of great love and virtue. Children are the future and our greatest gift. Let’s celebrate and valorize the vital importance of being a mother and father and do everything in our power to make our homes, communities and world better for our children.
