Woman Kills Innocent Bystander When Hitting Intended Target At Grocery Store Parking Lot

A 24-year-old woman has been charged with several felonies, including murder, after police say she killed a 58-year-old bystander while she was running over the father of her 8-month-old child back on August 31st at a Kroger in Cincinnati.
