From Once Upon a Time... In Hollywood (2019), a Quentin Tarantino production. Sharon Tate, played by Margot Robbie, buys the novel Tess of the d'Urbervilles from the bookstore owner, played by Clu Gulager. Her husband Roman Polanski would eventually adapt it into the film Tess.
