Namaste
Om should start from the center of the navel. ‘A’ should come from there, ‘U’ should come from the throat and ‘M’ should be in your head. In this process, All the three syllables should be chanted with equal time.
It should sound as OM and not as AUM separately.
We can chant it 21 times or 108 times*
After the chanting session, the chanter should self analyze the experience and see if it energizes them.
