@ChazMorgan7 cease and desist publicly posted

This is the cease and desist I sent off to the DA’s office after honorably serving judge Jeffery T. Oglesbee the corrections and revoked signatures on bond nunbers 2018-000073, 2018-2662, 2020-1193 but not limited to Et Al. These notices are my lawful PROOF that these documents have been served by the proper legal process server. The attack is in violation of our contract that is in default. Not to mention if you pause and read the last pages. The DA’s office is in conflict of interest with Any case having to do with me or my offspring. Signed by judge Jeffery T Oglesbee and GRANTED. Which is PROOF that he willingly, purposely and maliciously denied my rights of due process, under color of law section 241-242, 1983 conspiracy to deprivation of rights violations after being told “on record of the many conflict of interests in the case. He if doing his due diligence in honor to protect the integrity of the court would have IMMEDIATELY granted change of venue and recused himself from the bench. Instead he FORCED me into a trial that was completely ORCHESTRATED by phony attorneys and therapists and liars to falsely and fraudulently convict and place a phony fraudulent restraining order upon me. He can serve up to life imprisonment for this offense and up to 💯 thousand dollars 💵 in fines if I’m quoting that law correctly. You get the idea.
