New York Workers for Choice & Common Sense Caucus Press Conference on Vaccine Mandates - City Hall

On September 9, 2022, former municipal employees who lost their jobs or were put on leave without pay because they did not comply with New York City's vaccine mandate for municipal workers joined New York City Council members for a press conference on the steps of City Hall. The press conference took place before an oversight hearing on "Maintaining New York City’s Municipal Workforce."

Council members Vickie Paladino, Joann Ariola, Joe Borelli, and Robert Holden spoke, along with a staff member speaking on behalf of councilwoman Inna Vernikov.
