Solfeggio is an 11th century musical scale based on sound frequency and its mathematical correlation to shape, in sacred (foundational) geometry.
As part of a series, this particular solfeggio deep sleep program, is centered around a 741Hz (Sol) pure tone, which has been observed to relieve negative thought patterns and its toxic attributes, held within the body.
