Bases at the Barge 2021- Part 2 of 2

The Bases Project has held its latest Bases at the Barge conference. I was a speaker, see here for details: https://hpanwo-voice.blogspot.com/2021/05/bases-at-barge-promo.html. This event represents the reopening of the UFO/Para/Con conference circuit after a hiatus of at least eighteen months due to the Covid 19 lockdown.
