13 Postal Trays of Ballots, hours after the voting closed (2020 election)

Nov 03, 2020 - At 11:15pm on Election Day, 13 postal trays, 3 black transfer cases used to transfer ballots were loaded into a black minivan at Heilmann Satellite Voting Center.

By the close of polls at Heilmann, it had been observed that only 95 ballots were dropped at the drop box for the entire day.

Only ONE ballot was deposited after 6 pm.
