A total blackout is observed throughout Ukraine.

Kharkiv was the first to report a power outage after a powerful outbreak. Some sources report that the thermal power plant in Zmiev was hit, as well as the Kharkiv thermal power plant-5, which is the largest thermal power plant in Ukraine.

The head of the CAA of the Sumy region also reports a voltage drop throughout the region.

Similar statements about fluctuations in the supply of electricity come from near Kyiv, Kremenchug, Pavlograd, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk regions.

Over the past few minutes, there have also been reports of water supply being cut off in several districts of Dnipropetrovsk, in the Poltava region, in the Kharkiv region.
