God directs His Kingdom Finances to bless His children, so that they can help finance God's purposes on this earth. But our adversary wants to prevent that from happening, so our adversary makes legal claims against us, which legally bind up in the Courts of Heaven … God’s blessings and God’s finances and resources which were purposed for us.
The devil uses God’s spiritual laws as a weapon against us, and makes allegations against us to prevent this from happening.
