Off-Duty Oklahoma Deputy Shoots Former Inmate After Being Grabbed By The Throat

An off-duty Adair County Sheriff's deputy non-fatally shot the son of the property owner the deputy rents from following a physical altercation that took place outside of the deputy's home earlier in September. Authorities say that the property owner's son was once an inmate under the deputy's supervision sometime in the past. The incident is currently under investigation, with the deputy having been placed on administrative leave until the investigations wraps.Show more
