I have invented this easy low calories mushroom base vegan burger that tastes exactly like the real thing 4 fast Weight loss & it's Keto friendly Too. Only 4 Common Ingredients & Ready in Minutes.

Impossibly "meaty' Burger! 4 Basic Ingredients Ready in 4 Minutes
(minus the resting time for the chia seeds to full absorb excess liquids)

The impossible "meaty" Vegan Burger Common Kitchen Ingredients:
(Quantity for 1 burger)

- 100g of white mushrooms - but any type of mushrooms will do
- 30g of red onion

I blitz all in the food processor in which I just made mayo to give the burger more flavour. I never wash off residues of sauces and smoothies I always try to eek as much as I can out of food processor and blender

- 1/4 tsp of pink salt,
- 1 little bunch of fresh parsley, and blitz again for few seconds.

- Grind 1 TBPS (15g) of Chia seeds
in a coffee grinder ( can substitute with flax seeds)

Mix the powdered chia seeds well in & let it rest for about 20 minutes,
so that the chia seeds absorbs any excess liquid making it a compact burger patty.
Check if you need to add more salt & add any other herb or spice you like, black pepper is perfect for this recipe.

20 minutes later...it looks amazing, perfect texture, it holds up perfectly but it's juicy & succulent.

It can be eaten raw or fully cooked in the pan like any other veggie burger patty. I like to warm it up under a medium grill for anytime between few seconds up to 1 minute is ideal

I like to grill/broil it for 4 seconds per side @ medium heat to retain all the living enzymes.
Et voila', done! Super juicy, light but filling, full of umami from the onion & parsley.
Perfect for any weight loss diet Vegan, Keto, low calories.
You will not believe there is NO meat in it!
