My SIMPLE Morning Routine | Health & Hygiene
Here is my morning routine & I hope It gives you some great Ideas!

Get Enough Sleep To Recover (7-8 Hours)
My goal is to be In bed by 10 pm & sleep until 6 am.
I adjust my alarm if I get to sleep early or late, the goal is to recover so that you will be able to enter the next day well-rested. Don’t shortchange your sleep!
Start With Hygen, Start Fresh (Charted)
I have a chart in my restroom that has a list of hygiene tasks for me to complete each morning and evening. My goal is to be consistent.
Remember to start small and don’t feel bad if you don’t have all the right products, over time you can upgrade your hygiene game, but for now just being consistent is key.
Health is Mind, Body, & spirit. Feed them all. (Pick)
I have a list of activities that I pick from each morning to jump-start my day. Here are some examples: Reading, Walking, Music, Stretching, Writing, Cooking, Running, Art, Cleaning, and Working out.
For myself, I’ve been selecting walking and writing a lot, but that is due to my desire to lose weight and grow my YouTube channel.
