Ingredients in the vaccines that are most likely causing the massive fish die off that will make all marine life go extinct:

1) Self spreading, synthetic and or Self Amplifying mRNA. If no tests have been done to test if it's self spreading they are not allowed to make the claim that it's not self spreading because they cannot know with 100% certainty if they haven't tested it even if it's supposedly not self spreading mRNA (see Johns Hopkins document about self spreading mRNA). 40 trillion mRNA molecules in 1 Moderna shot.

2) Spike protein. If Dr. Charles Hoffe is correct all vaccinees will eventually die from blood clots due to the spike protein production after injecting 40 trillion synthetic mRNA molecules.
The spike protein becomes part of the cell wall of your vascular endothelium. It is inevitable that blood clots will form. (If I understand Dr. Charles Hoffe correctly).

3) Graphene Hydroxide. Acting like tiny razorblades (see Dr. Noack video).
If this graphene is indeed in the waccine theoretically it makes small incisions in the endothelium and the spike protein becomes part of the endothelium and causes mio and peri-carditis (blood clots) and it may have been done by design (premeditatedly) to reduce the global population. Clot shot.

4) SPION Super Paramagnetic Iron Oxide Nanoparticles. Especially if it's self replicating nano technology with a flawed self replication limiting code.

5) Hydra self replicating and indestructible immortal fresh-water organism in the Vax according to Dr. Carrie Madej
