12/3/2021 Harvesting horseradish

After the first couple frosts, I harvested my horseradish. The leaves and growth started dying back. I used a shovel to dig the horseradish out of the bed trying not to break the root. After I removed the leaves off the horseradish I put them back on the bed to compost in place adding nutrients back into the garden bed.
