Praying mantis licks his lips at the prospect of catching a juicy butterfly

It was interesting watching this praying mantis stalk the butterflies. At the very beginning you can even see him licking his mouth with anticipation I have a big fat juicy butterfly. The rose that he is sitting on has butterfly parts in it now. Maybe that was the reason he didn’t take the leap. He was just too fat from eating previous butterflies.
