Most of the time, prepping is preparing for the unknown. There can be specific situations that are more likely than others, but realistically, no one knows the future.

In order to be prepared for any situation, our physical preparation needs to be as diverse as possible. Working out in a gym is great, but everything is so controlled and straightforward, it can often be wasted time. Jason recommends finding ways to get outside to find new ways to train and condition.
