Making Worm Chow

I had expired oats and flour so I wanted to make something that could be a benefit even though the items are expired. Here is the recipe that I used for how I made the worm chow.
Worm chow recipe:
2 cups ground oats
1 cup flour
1 cup corn meal
2 oz. ground eggshells
Let me know what you think about the worm chow I made.
Tell me if you think I should add any items or take away any items. Once this batch of worm chow is used up I will make another batch and will see about changing the recipe if I get some good suggestions.
