MAYOR OF BUCHA DIDN'T MENTION THE MASSACRE ON MARCH 31
In this video, the Mayor of Bucha announced "victory" on MARCH 31, 2022 on social media for the withdrawal of the Russian army from Bucha with the exception of the alleged massacre of 320+ civilians. (according to the Ukrainian and Western media)
