Splatoon 3 Nintendo Switch Review. Splatoon 3 is an excellent evolution of the Splatoon series. It's fun to play online again, and Nintendo has listened to fan requests. There are a lot of improvements in the story mode compared to Splatoon 2's DLC. As a matter of fact, I would even say the story mode is worth a full price title on its own. No matter what you love about Splatoon 3, whether it's the characters, gameplay, lore, or something else, you'll enjoy it. In this game, new players will find their way into the Splatoon series really easily.

Even in this desolate environment, Turf War* reigns supreme and battles rage in new stages located in the surrounding wilds. Dynamic new moves help these fighters dodge attacks and cover more ground, along with a new bow-shaped weapon to sling ink.

Join Agent 3 in a fight against the unruly Octarians in story mode. Discover the secrets of Alterna, the Fuzzy Ooze, and how they connect to the mode's theme, "Return of the Mammalians.” Team up and fend off waves of dangerous Salmonid bosses in the next iteration of Salmon Run*, a co-op mode with fresh new features.
