6/12/2022 Planting in raised garden beds using starts from the store

I planted out some vegetable starts that I picked up from Home Depot and Willey farms.
Home Depot plants were 3 for $12
Willey farms was 4 count trays for $2.69
And single plants for $2.29

I planted these starts in the two raised garden beds I built this past winter with my brother. I was very impressed with the starts fro Willey farms, a good quality plant at a really good price. Home Depot plants were more expensive and there were less total plants. But in a pinch they will work you just pay more for them. After the plants were planted I covered everything with a layer of straw mulch and watered everything in well.
