The Negroni Bianco is a variation to the White Negroni originally created in 2001 by Wayne Collins and Nick Blacknill in preparation for a cocktail competition. The outcome is a Negroni with a bit for Floral notes and a bit less bitterness.

Negroni Bianco
1 oz (30ml) Junipero Gin
1 oz (30ml) Luxardo Bitter Bianco
1 oz (30ml) Bianco Vermouth
Method: Build directly over Ice in a rocks glass / Or Stir it in a beaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish: Lemon Peel or Orange Peel (I vote for Orange but both versions were lovely)
