After a year of weight training, dieting and journaling, I've put together a video to share my results with you, offer some tips and give some insight for your body transformation journey.
At almost 41 years old, I returned to bodybuilding with the hopes of improving my health, gaining some energy and with the hopes of looking something like I did many years ago. Much of what I read and saw said that I'd never be able to become "jacked" again due to decreased testosterone production (due to age), because of injuries and also due to a very busy schedule. Well, I took those as 'fighting words' and went from fat to fit in that amount of time by applying old school and new school techniques that are tried and true and that I've spent a lot of my time introducing to my body and mind over the years.
